“Come, Follow Me” are the words Jesus used to call his disciples to be his followers.

This is the same call he gives us. Followers or disciples of Jesus, study his word, learn what it says, and how it daily impacts our lives. We invite you to join us as we dig into God’s Word.

    Sunday School
Sunday School convenes on Sundays (September through May) at 9:15 to 10:15 am for children ages 3 through Grade 6. We gather in the Wehr Center on Sundays at 9:15 for activity-playtime in a gymnasium setting with two bounce castles. Children then reconvene in classrooms for age-specific “Bible Foundations” which includes a Bible story and fun learning activity. Children return to the Wehr Center for parent/guardian pick up before the 10:30 am worship service begins.

    Catechism Study
Students prepare for the rite of Lutheran Confirmation and membership at St. Marcus with a two year program of studying the catechism of Dr. Martin Luther and the six chief parts of Christian doctrine: 10 commands, Apostles’ Creed, Lord’s Prayer, Holy Baptism, Ministry of the Keys and Holy Communion. For students in Grades 7 and 8 who are not enrolled in St. Marcus School, catechism study is held on Sundays, 9:15 to 10:15 am, September through May.

    Teen Ministry
Gatherings for teens meet at St. Marcus for Bible study and group activities. Leaders and youth gather to build relationships with Christ and each other. We build on the Scripture God has given to us and what it says about everyday issues and struggles. Our Teen Ministry strives to connect youth to Christian adults who care for them and are invested to mentor and guide their growth in their faith walk. To be included in a gathering, or for questions and additional information, please contact staff minister: Lance Meyer

    Family Bible Study
