Grades K4-8 Enrollment
Except for K3, St. Marcus is part of the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP). MPCP pays tuition for qualifying families living in the city of Milwaukee.

Enrollment periods are open from the 1st through the 20th of each month. September and January have shorter periods. All students must enroll for each new school year in order to be eligible for a seat at St. Marcus. School year enrollment begins in February. Seats fill in February. So, February is the best time to enroll.
You are not the child’s parent—
You must have a legal document to show guardianship of the child. You must provide this document to the business office.

MPCP/CHOICE – If you are eligible for a choice seat, click on this choice application link. Enter the email address you used last year ---or--- register a new one. Fill out the form and submit the choice application. The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) will send you an email. The email will be from PrivateSchoolChoice@dpi.wi.gov. The email will tell you what to bring to complete the choice application. Bring acceptable proof of residency. (Recommend a WE Energy bill.) If you filed taxes the previous year, use the DOR method. Then you will not have to bring income documents. If you use DPI, you will have to bring proof of income. See the DPI email for instructions.
TUITION - If you do not qualify for a choice seat, you will have to pay tuition. Make arrangements with the business office to pay tuition. Sign a tuition payment plan between the 1st and 20th of the month. Do this in the month in which you enrolled. Tuition payment plan forms are in the business office. Do this to complete enrollment..
Supply all documents requested to complete enrollment. Bring acceptable documents to the St. Marcus business office. The business office is in the building on Palmer and North. Please come to door #17 off 1st Street. Do this on a school day from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm between the 1st and 20th of the month in which you enroll. (Come several days before the 20th. This allows time to bring acceptable documents. You might bring something that cannot be used.)
St. Marcus sends letters within 60 days of the end of the enrollment period. This letter will tell you the status of the child (received a seat or number on the waiting list).
