How did you connect to St. Marcus?

A friend asked if I would be interested in applying for a financial position at St. Marcus. I applied for the position, and I love working here.

What do you love about what you do?

I love working with numbers and developing financial statements that the business council and other decision makers can use to enhance the ministry at St. Marcus. The people here are so nice to work with and I enjoy developing my relationships with them. I also love to see the children in the hallways and hear them sing Christian praise.

If you had a Bible passage/quote for your life and ministry what would it be?

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

Tell us about your family...

I have four children (three girls and one boy), three grandchildren, and one dog. My oldest daughter, Amy, is 30, married, and lives in Omaha, Nebraska. She has two boys: Colton who is 4 and Brayden who is 2. Rachel is 29, married, and lives in Onalaska, Wisconsin. She has a daughter named Mira who is 2. Michelle is 27 and lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She loves snowmobiling in the winter. My son, Ryan, is 21 and attends Wisconsin Lutheran College. My dog, Harley, is a big labradoodle that keeps me active by playing with him outside. (Ages current for Spring of 2015).

“When I have free time, you will find me…”
