The next enrollment period for the 2026-2027 school year is March 1-20, 2026.

Families who qualify for Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) receive a voucher to attend St. Marcus at no cost. Click the "Choice" tab if this is you. Unsure? Click here to see if you qualify for a voucher.

If your child has an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) or Special Needs, click the “Special Education” tab.

NEW Student Enrollment:

K3 CHILDCARE PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

STEP 1: Skyward (complete prior to coming in)

  1. Log in
    1. Current and returning families
    2. New families
  2. Complete the New Student Registration/K3 Contract
  3. Submit

STEP 2: Plan Ahead! (What to bring with you)

IMPORTANT! All documents are ONLY accepted in person and must be brought to the North Avenue Campus (2210 N. 1st St) during Enrollment Open Office Hours.

  1. Original birth certificate
  2. Immunization records
  3. Any necessary paperwork 
  4. A parent or legal guardian must sign a contract in person

NOTE: Once a seat is offered, a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee will be due within 24 hours. (Cash, Credit Card, debit card, or Money Order ONLY)

Our program is full days Monday-Friday. The rate of the program is $7/hour. Limited 1/2 day part-time option Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm is available (upon request).

The K3 childcare program is not part of the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. The program is rate-based. However, the program accepts Wisconsin Shares Childcare Subsidy. Childcare Authorization will need to be assigned to St. Marcus before your child starts.

NEW K4-8 CHOICE ENROLLMENT

All three steps must be finished during the monthly enrollment period to complete the enrollment process.

STEP 1: Complete Skyward Registration Form.

STEP 2: Complete the Choice Program Application.

  • Make sure to apply during Open Application Periods (dates listed on the top of page 1). If you miss the deadline, you must resubmit application the next month.

STEP 3: Submit required additional documents to St. Marcus by the end of the choice program application period:

You will receive an email confirmation when your application is complete.

NEW K4-8 TUITION ENROLLMENT

STEP 2: Bring in the Original Birth Certificate for each child.

  • Original copy of birth certificate(s) – Show in-person at the North Avenue Campus (2210 N. 1st St) during Enrollment Open Office Hours to verify authenticity.

STEP 3: Tuition Payment Plan

  • Email open.enrollment@stmarcus.org for the tuition payment plan form.
    The payment plan must be signed, dated, and returned to St. Marcus (electronically or physically) before your application is considered complete.

You will receive an email confirmation when your application is complete.

All Special Education seats for the 2026-2027 school year are FULL.

We encourage you to seek alternative special education seats at other private/Special Needs Scholarship schools. Also, view other special education resources outside of St. Marcus. Thank you for your interest.

RETURNING Student Enrollment:

RETURNING K4-8 CHOICE ENROLLMENT

  • Have a NEW student additionally enrolling in St. Marcus? Click the “New Student Online Enrollment” button in the top left-hand corner of your account main page to complete their form and add them to your St. Marcus application.

STEP 2: Complete the Choice Program Application.

  • Make sure to apply during Open Application Periods (dates listed on the top of page 1). If you miss the deadline, you must resubmit application the next month.
    • Make sure you add any new students in your family to your application (if applicable).
