Account Balances
Parents must have a zero balance at the start of the school year to be approved for Before and After Care services. If a student is registered and the account is not at $0, the student will be placed on the waiting list until the account reaches $0. At which time the students may be placed on the accepted list if there is room available.
After the start of the school year, account balances must remain at or below $100 to continue use of Before & Aftercare services on an ongoing basis. All rules regarding balances apply to the current and past school years.
