K3 Childcare Enrollment  

If you are interested in enrolling your child, please add your name by filling out the short form below. 

What do I need to enroll in K3 for the 2018-2019 calendar year?

  • Child’s original birth certificate
  • Child's immunization records
  • If you are not the child’s parent, you must have documentation showing you are the legal guardian.
  • A parent or legal guardian must sign a contract by coming to St. Marcus North Campus
  • Pay a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee (Cash, Credit Cards or Money Order ONLY).

ALL K3 programming takes place at the North Campus. (There are no K3 classrooms at the Main Campus). A child must be 3 by September 1 and toilet trained to enter the program.

The K3 program is NOT part of the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. The program is tuition-based. However, the program accepts Wisconsin Shares Childcare Subsidy. For more information, click here

K4-Grade 8 Enrollment for 2018-2019

With the exception of K3, St. Marcus is part of the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. To familiarize yourself with enrolling your child at St. Marcus through the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program, click here. The 2018-2019 income limits for a family to participate in the MPCP can be found here.

Enrollment periods for the 2018-2019 school year are open from the 1st through the 20th of each month except January and September. All students must enroll every year in order to be eligible for a seat at the school.  The best time to enroll is in February. Seats fill quickly!

All enrollment applications (K4-8th grades) for the 2018-2019 school year need to be submitted online through the DPI website.

The basic process is:

  • Go to the DPI website -
  • Complete the online enrollment form (only available from the 1st through the 20th of each month except September and January.)
  • Bring DPI required supporting documents to St. Marcus (during the open enrollment period) to complete the enrollment process--These documents are required in order to complete the choice application.
  • Proof of income eligibility, if required (new students)
  • Proof of residency
  • An original birth certificate for K4 students and anyone who did not attend St. Marcus the previous school year
  • A copy of immunization records for K4, K5, 6th grade and all new students to St. Marcus.
  • Complete the St. Marcus forms: Registration Form New for 2018, Pick Up Form New for 2018, Permission Form New for 2018
  • Bring your supporting paperwork to the St. Marcus Business Office at 2210 N. 1st Street (enter the building through door #17) during business hours (M-F, 8:00 am-4:00 pm).
