New Students in K4-8

All three steps must be finished during the monthly enrollment period to complete the enrollment process.

PART 1: Complete Skyward Registration Form.

PART 2: Complete the Choice Program Application.

• Make sure to apply during Open Application Periods (dates listed on page 5). If you miss the deadline, you must resubmit application the next month.

PART 3: Submit required additional documents to St. Marcus by the end of the choice program application period:

• Residency Verification: email to open.enrollment@stmarcus.org
• Income Verification if requested by DPI: email to open.enrollment@stmarcus.org
• Original copy of birth certificate(s): schedule an appointment to show in-person (must be shown in-person to an administrative associate in the enrollment office at the Main Campus (2210 N. 1st St. to verify authenticity)

You will receive an email confirmation when your application is complete.
