New Students Choice Program Enrollment

There are THREE PARTS to completing the enrollment process. All three must be finished during the monthly enrollment period to complete the enrollment process

PART 1: Complete the St. Marcus Skyward registration form. CLICK HERE.

PART 2: Complete the choice program application through the Department of Public Instruction (DPI). CLICK HERE.

  • The application is available from the 1st-20th of every month except in September (Sept 1st-14th) and December/January (Dec 1st-Jan 7th). If you miss the deadline, you must resubmit application the next month.

PART 3: Submit required additional documents to St. Marcus by the end of the choice program application period (see dates above):

  • Residency verification: email to open.enrollment@stmarcus.org
    • CLICK HERE for acceptable proof of residency documents
  • Income verification if requested by DPI: email to open.enrollment@stmarcus.org
  • Original copy of birth certificate(s): show in-person (schedule appointment below).
    • Must be shown in-person to an administrative associate in the enrollment office at the Main Campus (2215 N Palmer St) to verify authenticity.
    • CLICK HERE to schedule your in-person appointment during office hours.
  • Immunization records
    • Current immunization records required. Email a copy (open.enrollment@stmarcus.org) or have your doctor's office fax a copy.

You will receive email confirmation when your application is complete. You'll also receive an enrollment letter notifying you of any waiting list or campus placements within 60 days of the end of the enrollment period.
