All three steps must be finished to complete the enrollment process.

PART 1: Complete Skyward Registration Form.

PART 2: Bring in the Original Birth Certificate for each child.

• Original copy of birth certificate(s) – schedule an appointment to show in-person (must be shown in-person to an administrative associate in the enrollment office at the North Avenue Campus at 2210 N. 1st St. to verify authenticity)

PART 3: Tuition Payment Plan

• Email open.enrollment@stmarcus.org for the tuition payment plan form.
  The payment plan must be signed, dated, and returned to St. Marcus (electronically or physically) before your application is considered complete.

You will receive an email confirmation when your application is complete.
